I went there to doublecheck but nothing. I've checked every spell-seller mage around Skyrim, COW included and all major cities, non of them sell "Equilibrium". Back in Labyrinthia, inside the chasm, there's no Equilibrium, just "Immortal Blood" Does anyone have the same problem? Is there any other way to get Equilibrium?
