These benefits were in turn associated with several life goals consumers aspire for, including prosperity, good health, good social status in the society, happiness and long life.
This study, therefore, concluded that the purchase of OFSP bread was driven by its inherent quality characteristics, of which sensory attributes play a major part.
Several implications have been drawn from the results of this study. First, results clearly provided a number of levers — in terms of quality characteristics — to pull in the refinement and reformulation of the OFSP bread. Moreover, advertisements explaining the benefits of low salt and sugar content in bread could increase consumer knowledge and potentially expand the client base. This would reduce reliance on more expensive wheat flour.

The other half I rolled out, cut into circles and then folded in half these made for great sandwich rolls!
